What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping within Canada when you spend over $75. Orders under $75 will be charged a standard rate of $12 within Canada. We aim to place orders within 2 to 3 days of receiving the order, shipping takes approx. 3 to 5 days*.

International Shipping.

At this time we offer shipping via our courier company to the US and UK. Shipping rates are calculated on weight so if your order is under 1 lb the rate is $20 CAD, over 1 lb - $30.00 CAD.*

*Subject to duty fees depending on country. The purchaser is responsible for all duty fees.

What payment methods are available?

We offer secure online shopping with all major credit cards and PayPal.

Return Policy.

Once your order has been placed and confirmed via our website it is immediately in our system and due to the sensitivity of our products we do not accept returns. If any product is damaged, faulty or you received the wrong product, we do offer a refund or replacement if you contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered, any claim after this period will not be accepted. For those with sensitive/reactive skin we are happy to offer 2 complimentary samples per person for you to try as a one time offer. We usually send via regular post. Once an order has been placed we are happy to include samples for you to try!* *Maximum of 3 per order.

Does Flora contain allergens?

If you have any allergies please read the ingredients carefully before applying the product to your skin. If you have any questions or concerns please email us and we will respond asap. Due to the high ratios of essential oils used in our products, a skin test is advisable, especially for those with sensitive skin. We recommend placing a drop behind the ear for 24 hours to check for any reactions.

Do your products undergo a safety/challenge test?

Yes, our products have had a safety assessment and we are please to say we have passed with the highest standard. If you wish to see our certificate please let us know and we can forward it to you.

Why does my product look/smell different from last time?

Occasionally we source from different suppliers depending on the time of year and what plants are available, so you may notice a slight difference in smell and texture. Our formulas remain the same, unless there is a shortage of a certain oil in which case it will be clearly stated on the ingredients and website?

Why are some of your products high in colour?*

We use oils in their natural state and some are high in tannins, but this is a good thing as they are packed full of anti-oxidants.

*Just be careful if you sleep on white sheets as some can stain
